We do not have problems with purchasers not being able to get mortgages as we have our own guidelines in the office with regards to proceeding sales. The only sales we have fall through are from vendors deciding to stay in their properties, we exchange on 99.9% of all others once a sale has been agreed. A bold statement? Our pledge to you is to let your property to the best tenants in the shortest period of time. This can be anywhere from 1 day to 2-3 weeks depending on the condition of the property and time of the year.

We do not accept the first people that “Walk through the door” just to get paid. If the tenants are not upto our standards then we will not agree a Tenancy to them.
